The registration link has been removed.

If you wish to be on a waiting list, please send an email to g4meeting.bordeaux@gmail.com before May 5th, we will send manually the link for the last seats, by order of requests received.

Registration before May 10^th (early bird: March 31^st) is required for all participants and accompanying persons.

PRICES (all taxes included)

Option 1- ‘Basic’ registration: Includes conference registration, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, 'Wine&Cheese party' on May 26.

Option 2- ‘Standard’ registration: Includes conference registration, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, 'Wine&Cheese party' on May 26 + GALA DINNER on May 27.

Option 3- ‘Premium’ registration: Includes conference registration, book of abstracts, coffee breaks, 3 lunches, 'Wine&Cheese party' on May 26 + GALA DINNER on May 27 + special gifts as premium registrant. By choosing the ‘Premium’ registration, you will help sponsoring the conference. All Premium participants will be duly acknowledged.

"Accompanying person: gala dinner": Gala dinner on May 27 for accompanying person. Each accompanying person must register.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE  

1. Please read these instructions first because YOU MUST GO TO THE END of the registration process AND FINISH WITH THE PAYMENT PAGE for your registration to be valid. It is impossible to connect again later to complete or to modify your registration data.

2. Prepare your method of payment before going to the registration page.

Possible payment methods are:

(A) Credit card (Master Card or Visa). Attention: you can not pay by American Express! Please take all the necessary information and payment tools with you before beginning the registration process.

(B) Check (cheque): upon completing your registration the address to which the check should be sent will be displayed, and also sent to you by email.

(C) Bank transfer (wire transfer) or order form: during registration you will be given the choice to either pay by yourself or have your institution pay. Upon completing registration you will receive by email a pdf named “Pré-bon de commande”. Your registration will be recorded, but validated only:

(C-1) upon receipt of a purchase order from your institution, with the “pré-bon de commande” attached, to be sent to the following mail address (after the CNRS has received the purchase order, they will send an invoice to your institution with payment instructions):
