Abstract submission > Information about Abstracts

Information about the submission form:

  • Prepare your 1-page abstract with the .doc template here.
  • Convert your file to PDF.
  • Create an account and login before submitting an abstract.
  • On the file upload page, upload your abstract PDF as the main file. Disregard the "supporting information" section.

Abstracts from PhD students and Post-docs will be eligible for flash presentations and poster prizes. If you want your abstract to be eligible for poster prize or flash presentation, you must indicate that you are a PhD student or Post-doc in the "Topics" metadata associated to your abstract. To do that, login to My Space --> Submissions, and edit your abstract metadata. In the "topics", add one of the topics "presentation by a PhD student/post-doc (you still have to select a theme among the posters; to use multiple selection, hold down the Ctrl or cmd key when selecting items). Without that, the scientific committee and poster prize reviewers will not have your poster on their control board.
