February 1^st: Abstract submission is open. Hotel reservation form is open.

February 16^th: Registration/payment is open.

March 1^st: Submission deadline for oral presentations.

March 10^th: Notification of oral acceptance, publication of the full scientific program.

March 31^st (extended): Final deadline for hotel reservation via our website. After that date you have to find accommodation on your own.

March 31^st: Deadline for early bird registration.

May 10^th: Registration and abstract submission close.

May 25^th: Beware the day before the meeting is bank holiday in France!

May 26-28: Conference takes place (three full days).
